Both the Applications are for extension of time to surrender before the Jail Authorities as conviction granted by the Trial Court is confirmed by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants, submitted that they have already filed Special Leave Petition (SLP), which is yet to be circulated, and therefore, two weeks time is to be granted.

Sufficient time is already granted, however considering the request that the matter is already filed and yet to be circulated, 10 days time is granted.

The Applicants/Appellants shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on 14.11.2025.
