The applicant has preferred this application under Section 430 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for suspension of sentence and grant of bail, assailing the judgment and order passed by the learned Special Judge, Amravati in Special Case No.211/2020, convicting the applicant under Sections 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
