DATED :- AUGUST 13, 2025 By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the revision challenging the order of Family Court granting maintenance.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is a layman and he was married with a Lawyer and nobody is ready to accept the brief against the Lawyer, and therefore, he could not engage the Counsel to file appropriate proceeding.

Despite the service of notice and reply is filed, none appears for the non-applicants.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the application and the grounds mentioned therein which appears to be reasonable and sufficient. Admittedly, while considering the application for

03.APPR.42.25.odt condonation of delay liberal approach is to be adopted and not the pedantic approach. In view of that, the delay is condoned subject to the costs of Rs.2000/-. 5.

The costs be paid to the non-applicant/wife within four weeks.

On payment of costs, the revision be registered.
