By this Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the Criminal Revision challenging the judgment and order dated 05.03.2024 by the learned Family Court, Nagpur in Cri.M.A. No. 23/2021.

Though notice is served upon the Non-applicant none appears.

It is submitted that, the Applicant was suffering from several health issues, and therefore, he could not approached to the Counsel to file the Revision in time. It is further submitted that, as he is a layman and was not aware about the legal provisions and due to which, the Revision was not filed within limitation period, and therefore, the delay of

2 2.APPR.99-2025.odt 313 days caused. The Application is also supported with an affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, which appears to be just and reasonable, the delay of 313 days, is hereby condoned, subject to the costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand Only). The Non-applicant is permitted to withdraw the said costs on depositing the same. The Applicant shall deposit the costs within four weeks. On depositing the costs, the Revision be registered. On registration of the Revision, notice be issued to the Non-applicant, returnable after four weeks.

The Application is disposed of.
