The present Application is filed by the Respondent for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Applicant in this Court.
(2) It appears that the Applicant has deposited Rs. 1,50,000/- in pursuance to the order dated 30/08/2024. As such, in our considered opinion, 50% amount can be allowed to be withdrawn by the Respondent and disbursal of rest of the amount can be considered after hearing the parties on the Application for interim relief filed by the Applicant.

Registry is directed to disburse 50% amount along with accrued interest out of the total amount deposited by the Applicant before this Court, within a period of one week. The Respondent - Wife shall furnish the bank details to the treasury for such transfer.
(4) The Application stands disposed of.
(5) As common evidence is recorded in the Proceedings before the learned Family Court, Yavatmal, R. & P. is received in the present Application. In view thereof, there is no necessity to call R. & P. in Family Court Appeal No. 57/2024.
(6) Learned Counsel for the Applicant to file reply to the Application filed by the Respondent for grant of litigation expenses. The Applicant has also filed Application for grant interim relief.
