The application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 522 days in filing the revision application challenging the order of maintenance passed by the Family Court. 2.

The reason given by the applicant for delay is the medical treatment of his mother and financial crunch. 3.

As there is an inordinate delay and there is huge arrears of maintenance amount which is granted to the son of applicant, if the applicant is ready to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance then only, the delay can be considered.
