The present Application is filed by the Respondent - Wife for grant of permission to withdraw remaining 50% of the amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- deposited by the Applicant in this Court. (2) The Respondent has already withdrawn 50% of amount as per the order dated 20/06/2025 passed by this Court. Remaining amount of Rs. 75,000/- is lying with the Treasury.

(3) Learned Counsel for the Applicant - Husband submits that the Criminal Revision Application can be heard finally and then the remaining amount be released in favour of the Respondent - Wife. However, in our considered opinion, there would not be any loss to the ..

(4) As such, the Application is allowed. The Respondent - Wife is permitted to withdraw Rs. 75,000/- (50% of Rs. 1,50,000/-) along with accrued interest.

(5) Nazar is directed to disburse the remaining amount of Rs. 75,000/- along with accrued interest in favour of the Respondent- Wife after due verification of her bank details.

(6) The Application stands disposed of.

(7) List the Criminal Revision Application on 15/10/2025 at 2:30 pm along with connected matters.
