By this Application, the Applicant is seeking suspension of sentence and releasing him on bail. 2.

The Applicant is convicted by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagbhid for the offence punishable under Section 354 of IPC and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for two months. He is further convicted for the offence punishable under Section 452 of IPC and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs. 3,000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for one month. He is further convicted for the offence punishable under Section 509 of IPC and

2 4.APPR.159-25 IN REVN.117-25.odt sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for three months and to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for ten days. Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the same the Appeal was preferred, wherein the said sentence was confirmed. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Revision would take its own time for its final disposal. She has also pointed out that she has many arguable points in the present Revision. 3.

Considering that punishment imposed is of a limited period and Revision would take its own time for its final disposal, the Applicant has made out the case for suspension of sentence. In view of that, I proceed to pass the following order:-

O R D E R

i.

Criminal Application (APPR) No. 159/2025, is hereby allowed.

ii.

The execution of sentence passed in R.C.C. No.64/2020 confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.88/2023, is hereby suspended till the disposal of the Revision.

iii.

The Applicant - Vinod Vasant Jivtode, shall be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount.
