The applicant is challenging the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yavatmal rejecting the application to add Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and respondent Nos.7 to 10 as an additional accused.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that it is the custodial death. The offence under Section 304(2) of the Indian Penal Code is registered. 3.
