By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the revision of three days.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant who submitted that after passing of the impugned order the present applicant has collected the necessary documents, due to which three days delay was caused. There is just and reasonable cause for the condonation of delay. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant No.1 and learned counsel for the non-applicant No.2(A) raised a strong objection on the ground that there is no justifiable reason for condonation of delay.

After hearing both sides and on perusal of the application, it reveals that the delay has occurred for just and reasonable cause. Moreover, it is well settled that while considering the delay application, a liberal view is to be taken and not the pedantic approach. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Delay of three days is condoned.

(iii) Revision application be numbered.

The application is disposed of.

Learned Special counsel Mr. P. K.

Sathianathan waives notice for the non-applicant No.1 - CBI.

The applicant to serve the notice to the rest of the non-applicants.
