The applicant is challenging the order passed by the Sessions Court confirming the conviction to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one month and compensation of Rs.1,25,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.

The applicant has deposited Rs.25,000/- today and he is ready to deposit Rs.25,000/- within a period of three weeks. 3.

The substantive sentence shall remain suspended during the pendency of this criminal revision application. 4.
