The applicant has filed the accompanying Criminal Revision Application, challenging the judgment and order dated 12.11.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur in Criminal Appeal No. 170/2014, which arose from the judgment and order of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mouda, dated 11.07.2014 in Summary Criminal Case No. 210/2012. The applicant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and the said appeal was dismissed.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, out of the total amount of Rs. 1,22,700/-, a sum of Rs. 40,000/- has already been deposited before the Trial Court. She further submits that the applicant is willing to deposit an additional amount of Rs. 50,000/- within a period of one week from today.

Subject to depositing Rs.50,000/-, the sentence imposed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mouda, dated 11.07.2014 in Summary Criminal Case No. 210/2012 is suspended.
