The applicant has filed this revision application along with application to suspend the sentence and release the applicant on bail. 2.
The applicant is convicted in Summary Criminal Case No.5817/2017 and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment up to one month and to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/-. The appellate Court has confirmed the judgment passed by the trial Court. The applicant is in jail.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant has deposited Rs.1,25,000/- at the time of suspension of sentence before the appellate Court and on 26.11.2025 the applicant has deposited Rs.3,75,000/- before the trial Court. As the appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount, sentence is suspended during the pendency of this application.

Criminal Application (APPR) No.250/2021 is allowed. 5.
The substantive sentence imposed on the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of this criminal revision application.

The applicant be released on same terms and conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge at the time of suspension of sentence.
