By this Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the Revision against the rejection of Application for supratnama. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant, submitted that as the Applicant is 67 years old and due to various ailments he could not approached the Counsel, and therefore the Revision Application could not be filed in time. 3.

The reason mentioned in the Application is just and reasonable, and therefore, the Application is allowed. The delay of 52 days is condoned subject to the cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand Only) to be deposited in this Court.

After depositing the cost, the Revision be restored to file.

After registration of the Revision, notice be issued to the Non-applicant/S.P. Central Bureau of Investigation, Nagpur.
