The applicant has filed this application for modification of the order dated 13.11.2025 to allow the non applicant No.1 to withdraw the amount, as there is no joint account of non-applicant Nos.1 to 3. The applicant has no objection. The direction is given to the Registry to transfer the amount in the account of Non-applicant No.1 Ruchi Manish Agrawal.

Permission is also granted to the applicant to deposit the further amount. After depositing the further amount by the applicant, permission is granted to the non applicant No.1 to withdraw the said amount.
