DATED : 16th JANUARY, 2025 The application seeks recall of the order dated 13.01.2025, on the ground that it goes on an incorrect premise that the respondent nos. 2-a to 2-c were not present on 20.12.2024, when the matter was closed, when in fact, they were represented in the Court by Mr. Mokadam, learned counsel for the non-applicant No.2. Even if that be so, the order dated 13.1.2025 would only be incorrect in one aspect insofar as it records absence of the non-applicant Nos.2-a to 2-c to support the factum of the settlement. That is not however the only ground on which the application has been rejected as is indicated from the perusal thereof, which also rejects the application on the ground that no special circumstances has been pointed out. In view of which, even presuming

2 1-APPP-109-2025.odt that the non-applicant Nos. 2-a to 2-c were present, and are supporting the settlement, that, by itself does not deter from the reasons otherwise recorded to dismiss the application. We, therefore, do not see any reason to recall the order dated 13.01.2025. The application is rejected.
