This is an application for modification of condition No.(b) of the bail order dated 18th August, 2021, passed by this Court. The condition No.(b) is extracted below: "(b) The applicant shall report to Police Station Gondia City, District Gondia, on every Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon during pendency of the trial"

It is submitted that the applicant/accused has been directed to attend the police station on every Monday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon during the pendency of the trial. It is submitted that instead of Monday, he may be directed to attend on Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon during the pendency of the trial. In my view, this submission is just, proper, and reasonable. The change of condition would not adversely affect the prosecution in any manner. 3.

In view of this, the application is allowed.
