As investigation is already completed, considering the nature of the offence, it would be in the interests of justice if the entire investigation papers are placed before the Court.

In view of that, Investigating Officer is permitted to file the charge-sheet within three weeks.

On filing of the charge-sheet leave is granted to the applicant to amend the application within two weeks. 6.
On amending application the amended copy along with copy of the charge-sheet shall be placed on record and shall be furnished to the other side. 7.
On failure to comply with this order further proceeding would be subject to costs of Rs. 1,000/-. 8.
