By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition in order dated 14.08.2024, while releasing the present applicant on bail, he was directed "to attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency".

Now the investigation is already completed, charge-sheet is yet to be filed. However, considering the statement on the basis of oral instructions received by the learned APP that the investigation is completed, no further attendance of the present applicant is required. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order:

ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) The condition imposed on the present applicant to attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. is hereby cancelled.
The application is disposed of.
