learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that there is possibility of settlement and accordingly, a joint request is made to refer the matter to mediation. 3.

The offence under Section 498-A amongst other provisions of Indian Penal Code, has been registered out of spoiled family relations. We accordingly, deem it appropriate to refer the matter to the mediation as requested by the parties.

Mr. S.Y. Deopujari, learned Advocate is requested to act as Mediator.

The parties shall present before learned Mediator at 02.00 p.m. on 12.08.2025 and thereafter as when called by learned Mediator.
