By this Application, the Investigating Officer is seeking permission to file the charge-sheet as investigation is completed. In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Leave is granted to the learned Counsel for the Applicants to amend the Application within two weeks on filing of the charge-sheet. The amended copy shall be placed on record and also supply the copy to the other side. 3.
