By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition which is imposed on him while releasing him on bail in Criminal Application (BA) No.545/2024 by order dated 02/08/2024, the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station twice in a month on 1st and 15th of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and the Investigation Officer shall record his presence. The investigation is already completed and charge sheet is already filed, as far as the attendance twice in a week is not required, however, considering the nature of the offence, attendence once in a month is required. Therefore, the condition imposed is modified as under :-
