By this Application, the Applicant is seeking modification / relaxation of condition of bail order dated 17.01.2025 passed by this Court, against the conviction of sentence passed by the Special Judge while suspending the sentence. This Court has already directed the Applicant to be released on bail on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, who submitted that, the Applicant is from the poor family and he is unable to fulfill the condition. Considering the same, at the most, the Applicant can be permitted to place on record two sureties instead of one. As far as prayer of cash surety is concerned, which cannot be accepted as the Applicant is from

2 69.APPP.1152-2025.odt Madhya Pradesh and there would be difficult to secure his presence if he is released on cash surety. In view of that, the Application is partly allowed and the Applicant is permitted to furnish two sureties instead of one solvent surety. 3.

The Application is disposed of.
