Criminal Application (APPLN) No. 38/2025 was filed for seeking modification of the condition, which is imposed by the Additional Sessions Judge while releasing the Applicant on bail. Considering the facts of the case the condition was modified and the Applicant was directed to furnish personal bond of Rs.2,00,000/- with two solvent sureties from the like amount from the Hyderabad District itself in respect of Crime No.619/2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 468, 469, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trademarks Act.

The Application filed now contending that the practice at Hyderabad to furnish the fixed deposits in the

2 1.CRI.APPP.1168-2025.odt name of the concerned surety to show that he/she is solvent to the extent of surety required, and therefore, he could not get the sureties and the solvency certificate. The Application is supported by the affidavit filed by the Applicant. 3.

For the above circumstances, only to secure the presence of the present Applicant before the Court, the Applicant shall furnish one surety of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) and the Applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) as cash surety in addition to the solvent surety which is directed to furnish.

The learned Trial Court shall accept the local sureties given from the Maharashtra itself. In addition to that, the Applicant shall furnish the detail address alongwith the address proof and also furnish the names of two relatives alongwith their address proof and their cell phone numbers before the Trial Court. Rest of the conditions would remain as it is.

The Criminal Application (APPP) No. 1168/2025 is disposed of.
