This application is filed to relax the condition imposed in bail order to attend the Police Station on first Thursday of every month during the period from 12 noon to 2 p.m.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that applicant is on bail since 24.11.2020 and since then he is attending the concerned Police Station. Now charge sheet is filed and the trial is not yet initiated. Hence, prayed to relax this condition. 4.

The above facts are not disputed by the learned A.P.P. 5.

Considering the fact that the trial is not yet initiated and the applicant is attending the concerned Police Station since 24.11.2020, said condition is relaxed. However, it is directed that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
