The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition imposed while granting anticipatory bail. 3.
The condition was imposed not to enter village Chinchargavhan or the vicinity of Warud Taluka, except for the purpose of attending proceedings before the Sessions Court.

Learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is having small children i.e. about six months son and three years daughter and he has to take care of them and look after the agricultural work.

Considering the difficulty to take care of minor children, condition is relaxed.
6.
Direction is given to the applicant to attend Police Station Warud twice in a week i.e. on every Monday and Thursday between 11 a.m to 1 p.m. and not to enter the area where the injured is staying. Application stands disposed of.
