This is an application filed by the applicant for relaxation of condition No.(iii) of the order dated 14.11.2024 in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 706/2024 of attending the concerned Police Station twice a week. 3.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel and lapse of period of more than one year from the date of the order as well as the number of attendance of the applicant to the police station, in my view, the condition can be relaxed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Condition no.(c) imposed vide order dated 14.11.2024 in ABA No. 706/2024 is relaxed.

The application (APPP) No.1782/25 stands disposed of.
