The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition to attend the police station once in a week on every Sunday between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The applicant has stated that he is attending the police station since last 17 months. The application for quashing of the F.I.R. is filed and the order not to file the charge sheet is passed in said quashing proceedings. As the applicant is attending the police station since 17 months and the case is pending for charge sheet, the condition to attend the police station is relaxed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
