This application is filed for relaxation of condition. While granting anticipatory bail, this Court has imposed condition to attend the Economic Wing at Nagpur twice in a week on Monday and Thursday between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and to co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the investigation is complete and charge sheet is filed, therefore, there is no necessity to attend the Economic Wing at Nagpur twice in a week. Hence, prayed to relax the said condition.

The learned A.P.P. does not dispute the aforesaid submissions. 7.

A.P.I. of Sadar Police Station, Nagpur is present. 8.

Considering the fact that the applicant is attending the concerned Police Station and investigation is complete, the attendance of applicant is not required, therefore, the said condition

appp1846.2025.odt is relaxed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. 9.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
