By this Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of Criminal Application (APL) No.1577/2024, which came to be dismissed for not removing the office objections.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that, minor office objections were there and inadvertently they were not removed, and therefore, he be permitted to remove the office objections by restoring the Application. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant, he is permitted to remove the office

The Application is hereby allowed.
