This is an application filed by the applicant for relaxation of condition No.(iii) of the order dated 08.07.2025 in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 345/2025 of attending Police Station, Shirkhed once in a week on Tuesday till filling of the charge-sheet.

The condition was imposed by this Court on 08.07.2025 while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant. The State has filed reply to this application, wherein it has been stated that the investigation is completed.

In wake of the statement made by the State regarding completion of the investigation, no fruitful purpose would be served by the applicant attending the police station.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Condition no.(iii) imposed vide order dated 08.07.2025 in ABA No. 345/2025 is relaxed.

The application (APPP) NO.1969/25 stands disposed of.
