By this Application, the Investigating Officer is seeking permission to file the charge-sheet as investigation is completed. In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

The Investigating Officer shall file the chargesheet within one week. On filing of the charge-sheet leave is granted to the learned Counsel for the Applicant to amend the Application within one week. The amended copy be placed on record alongwith the copy of charge-sheet so also supply the copy to the other side.

On failure to comply with this order, the Application stands dismissed without further reference to the Court.
