Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants, who submitted that due to his ill-health, he could not attained the proceedings. The Application is also supported by the medical certificate. In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

The Criminal Application is restored to its original stage.

Issue notice to the Non-applicants, returnable on 08.01.2026.
