The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition.

While granting anticipatory bail on 17.9.2025 this Court has imposed the condition not to enter Yavatmal District during the period of trial except to attend the Court.

Learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that now the trial is initiated and it is kept on day-to-day basis. There are many witnesses in this case. The applicant is having his family and small children. His family is staying in Yavatmal. His father is a disabled person and there is nobody to look after him. It is necessary for him to stay in Yavatmal to take care of his family and old aged father. Hence, prayed to allow him to enter Yavatmal district. 5.

Considering the difficulties faced by this applicant due to staying away from Yavatmal district and as the trial is initiated,
