The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition imposed on him while granting ad interim protection that the applicant shall not enter entire Buldhana district during the period of trial except for attending the trial. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant is a student and his exam starts from today i.e. 13.11.2025 for which he has filed a time-table on record which shows that he is a student of Pharmacy.

Considering the facts of the case, said condition is relaxed till 2.12.2025 and applicant is permitted to enter the Buldhana City for the purpose of examination only.

An authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the learned Advocate for the applicant.
