By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition in the order dated 14.07.2025 in Criminal Application (ABA) No.379/2025, whereby this Court had directed the applicant to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm till filing of the charge-sheet.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said order has been passed almost eight months ago. Considering the passage of time, it appears that though the charge-sheet is not filed, the investigation might have almost been completed or at the verge of completion. Therefore, it will be unnecessary to continue the attendance of the applicant with concerned police station on every Monday. Instead, the applicant can be directed to attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.

I find substance in the argument of the learned counsel for the applicant. Hence, the application is allowed. 4.

Accordingly, condition no.(ii) in the order dated 14.07.2025 stands substituted as "(ii) the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when directed by the investigating officer, till filing of the charge-sheet." 5.
