The order of issuance of NBW against the applicant for non-payment of interim maintenance is under challenge in this application.

Apart from this, quantum of interim maintenance is also questioned and, therefore, this court by passing order on 28.4.2025 directed to deposit amount Rs.1,50,000/- in this court within three weeks.

Thereafter, after sufficient opportunity, the said order was not complied with by the present applicant. 4.

Today also, a request was made to give time to deposit the said amount.

There is no bona fide on the part of the present applicant to pay the amount as per directions of this court. 6.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the nonapplicant that the applicant is in habit of non-paying maintenance amount, which is apparent from conduct of the present applicant. .....2/-

In view of that, the order granting Stay is hereby vacated.

The non-applicant is at liberty to recover the amount. 9.

The non-applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this court on due identification and verification.

The matter be listed after vacations.
