The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, makes a statement that the charge-sheet is ready. 3.

We therefore direct the prosecution to file a charge sheet within one week from today.

Learned Counsel for the applicant is permitted to take appropriate steps after filing the charge-sheet and amend the application, so as to raise a challenge to the charge-sheet within one week after the charge-sheet is filed before the Trial Court.
