The application is for relaxation of Condition No.(c), which reads as under:- "c) The applicant shall attend the concerned Economic Offence Wing on 1st and 16th day of each month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the culmination of the trial"

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that now the charge-sheet is filed and even this Court, by its order dated 21/08/2023, passed in Criminal Application [APPP] No.1153/2023 (Sunita Keshaorao Pol -Vrs.- State of Maharashtra), has relaxed identical condition in the same crime. 3.

The learned A.P.P. has conceded to this fact.
