The present application is preferred by the applicants for restoration of the application, as the application is dismissed for not carrying out the amendment.

By way of order dated 25/09/2025, leave was granted to the applicants to amend the application within two weeks. Despite the said order passed by this Court, no amendment was carried out. Therefore, by way of last chance on 24/11/2025, the applicants were directed to carry out the amendment within three working days. That was also not complied and therefore, after three days, the application came to be dismissed.

Now, present application is preferred by the applicants for restoration of application. Despite there is no just and reasonable cause for restoration of the

2 4-APPP-2795-2025.odt application, however, considering the aspect of interest of justice, by way of last chance, the applicants shall carry out amendment within two working days subject to costs of Rs.2,000/-. The costs be deposited in the account of 'Public Welfare Account' bearing No. 129712010001014, IFSC Code No. UBINO812978, Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur.

The application is restored at its original stage.
