Learned Advocate Mr. Manoj Kondekar appearing on behalf of one of the party submits that the Review Petition or the Application for recall of order, does not point out any error apparent on the face of order. Moreover, such a proceeding would not be maintainable. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Shri. Gavand and the learned Special Public Prosecutor, Shri Gharat, rely upon the judgment in Vikram Bakshi & Ors. Vs. R. P. Khosala & Anr. (2025 INSC 1020) dated 20th August, 2025.

All the parties submit that this proceeding can be closed for orders and they would tender recordable brief written notes in and around 2 to 3 pages reflecting their stand and submissions, within a period of 10 days.
