In this Application, there is challenge to the order of framing of charge without giving an opportunity to the Accused of hearing. The First-Informant wants intervention in these proceedings. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). He be joined as Respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out. 3.

Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.13 OF 2025 4.

Heard the respective Counsels. The challenge is to the procedure followed by the learned trial Judge while framing of charge. Mr.Sarda has invited my attention to the observations in Para No.1 of the order dated 27th January 2025. The Applicant has got an explanation to offer. Now the matter is fixed before the trial Court on 29th August 2025. The PW No.1 has already entered into the witness-box. It was recorded on 27th January 2025. The matter cannot be taken earlier to 29th August 2025 because there are holidays.
