After arguing for some time, when we expressed disinclination to grant reliefs in this Application, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for an unconditional withdrawal of this Application, with liberty to prefer an Application for discharge or at least, an application for not framing a charge under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC").

Permission is granted. If, such an Application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
