By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of the Condition No. 3(d) of the order dated 1.6.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati in the Criminal Bail Application No. 609 of 2022. Contention of the Applicant is that he is a doctor by profession and is required to travel abroad frequently. Mr. Pranav Bhoite, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the invitations for program are received by the Talwalkar

He submits that moving the Court for permission causes anxiety as the travel arrangement involve financial implications like booking tickets etc. He submits that from 2022 till date the Petitioner has abided by each and every condition and has not violated any of the conditions. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 30th January, 2026. Learned APP appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent No. 1.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant shall furnish spare copies of the Application in the Registry within 4 days from today.
