Mr. Y M Nakhava, learned APP for the Respondent/State, submits that the Investigating Officer has reveived a request from Respondent No.2 for appointment of an Advocate from the Legal Aid Panel.

Ms. Saima Ansari, Advocate from the Legal Aid Panel of this Court, is present in Court. She has agreed to appear and represent the Respondent No.2 in the present Application.

Learned APP submits that the appointment of Advocate Saima Ansari from the Legal Aid Panel to appear and represent the Respondent No.2, would be communicated to the Respondent NO.2 within a period of three days from today.

The Maharashtra State Legal Aid Authority to take note of the appointment of Advocate Ms. Saima Ansair in this Application.

Mr. Pranav Bhoite, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that he will furnish the copy of the entire paper book to Ms. Saima Ansari within two days from today.
