After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned Counsel for the Applicants prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application with liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. 2.

The permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn. The Applicants are at liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. If such an application is filed before the trial Court, the trial Court shall decide it on its own merits in accordance with law.
