After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Application, the learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application with liberty to prefer an application for discharge. Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to prefer an Application for discharge before the trial Court. If such an application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
