We have heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned APP on behalf of the State.

With their assistance, we have perused the First Information Report (FIR) bearing No. 0827 of 2024, dated 19th November, 2024 with the Satana Police Station, Nashik Rural, as well as an information report of a non-cognizable offence bearing N.C.R. No. 1403 of 2024, recorded at 1.00 pm on 16th November, 2024 with the Satana Police Station.

We expressed our disinclination.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Applicants would withdraw this Application with liberty that, if all the parties come together and settle their disputes, they would approach this Court jointly for seeking quashing of the FIR as well as any other pending complaint.

In view of the above, this Criminal Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

If the Applicants avail of a remedy after the filing of the charge-sheet, the withdrawal of this Application would not be an impediment and all contentions are kept open. 7.

So also, if the disputing parties come together and approach this Court with a joint request for quashing of the FIR as well as any other pending complaint, the withdrawal of this Application would not be an impediment.
