After arguing for sometime, when we were not inclined to entertain the aforesaid application seeking quashing of the FIR which was registered in 2022, learned Counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to pursue the relief, in the event, chargesheet is filed against the applicant. It is pertinent to note, that the applicant has not been named in the said FIR. Wakodikar 1/2

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to state, that in the event, FIR/Chargesheet is filed against the applicant, the applicant would be at liberty to file appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Court, since as of today, the applicant has no cause of action.
