By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief :
"(b) R. C. C. No.613 of 2023 pending in the Court of 4th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class at Belapur, Navi Mumbai vide C. R. (F. I. R.) No.0176 of 2022 dated 19th November 2022 registered by Sanpada Police Station, Navi Mumbai u/s. 494 and 498A of Indian Penal Code, may be quashed and set aside on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, in the interest of justice."

28.APL60.2025.doc on instruction from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

In view of the above, leave is granted to the Applicant to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed. If any such application is filed before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
Criminal Application No. 60 of 2025 is disposed of with liberty as above.
